Provide monthly financial reports to the Mayor
Item 17 - "Finance Reports (Added To Agenda in Open Meeting)
The City Manager be required to provide to the Mayor and City Council a monthly financial report to include:
* A revenue and expense report;
*A fund balance report; and
* A spreadsheet indicating fund transfers with a brief explanation of the transfers; and
