A. Consideration of Tax Releases and/or Refunds:
• Schedule A – taxes under $100 approved for release and/or refund by the Interim City
Manager; and
• Schedule B – taxes over $100 recommended for release and/or refund by the City Council
B. Consideration of FY 2022-2023 Budget Ordinance Amendments appropriating the following:
1) Appropriates $766,736 to the General Fund for the purchase of two (2) Fire Pumpers (purchase approved by City Council on October 10, 2022); and
2) Appropriates $1,429,520 to the General Fund for Renovation of Denton Street Pool (purchase approved by City Council on July 25, 2022)
C. Consideration of Grant Project Ordinance Amendment for the 2022-2023 Home Investment Partnership Grant Project (Increases appropriations by $5,000 for the 2022-2023 Home Investment Partnership Grant Project)

Recommneded Action: Approve Consent Agenda (inclusive of approval of tax releases and adoption of Ordinances)
