A. Consideration of the Following Tax Releases and/or Refunds:
• Schedule A - Report of taxes under $100 approved for release and/or refund by the City Manager; and
• Schedule B - Report of taxes over $100 recommended for release and/or refund by the City Council
B. Consideration of Request from the Public Works Department of an Ordinance Approving Temporary Street Closings for the Third Annual Downtown Halloween Bar Crawl and Block Party (ordinance adoption requirement of NCDOT standards):
• The Temporary Closure is along Tarboro Street between Main Street and Washington Street, from 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 30, 2021, until 12:00 a.m. on Sunday, October 31, 2021 (traffic will be detoured onto NE Main Street, West on East Thomas Street, North on Falls Road and East onto Goldleaf Street)

Recommended Action: Approve Consent Agenda (inclusive of approval of tax releases and adoption of Ordinance for Road Closure)
