On Tuesday, April 28, from 2 - 3 p.m., we learned about the NC COVID-19 Rapid Recovery Loan Program - ncrapidrecovery.org - launched by Golden LEAF and the Rural Center at the end of March to provide assistance to small businesses affected by COVID-19.
