Item 12: Consideration of Right to Purchase Agreements and Resolutions Authorizing an Upset Bid Process for the Following City-Owned Property:
a) 206 and 210 North Pine Street and 114 South Tillery Street - (offer by Kevin Jones of $300 [$100 per lot])
b) 659 West Raleigh Boulevard – (offer by Billy Coppage of $100)

Recommended Action: 1) Approve Home Purchase Agreements; and
2) Adopt Resolutions (authorizes upset bid process and authorizes City Clerk
to advertise offer for upset bids pursuant to G.S. 160A-269)
