Item 10: Consideration of HOME Reconciliation Agreement with Nash and Edgecombe Counties and the Town of Tarboro (outlines funds to be returned to Nash and Edgecombe Counties and the Town of Tarboro by the City and outlines management of FY 2021-2022 funds; identifies Rocky Mount as lead entity; requires City to meet monthly with HOME Program staff in each county and Tarboro; and provides the City, as lead entity, advance HOME funds in increments to ensure expeditious payment to contractors/agents)

Recommended Action: 1) Approve Agreement; and
2) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to Execute the Agreement on
Behalf of the City
