a) Urgent Repair - $50,000
b) Housing Repair - $50,000
c) Workforce Housing - $50,000
d) Matching Rebate - $25,000
e) Community Wealth Building - $225,000
f) Down Payment Assistance - $100,000
Note: Recommendation involves utilization of $1,500,000 of $3,000,000 in ARPA funds previously received and allocated for affordable housing
