a) FY 2022 Park Maintenance and Landscaping Service for Holly Street Park, City Lake Park, Tar River Reservoir Boat Ramp and Saponi Creek Boat Ramp – award contract to Precision Cut Landscaping & Lawn Care, LLC @ cost of $34,284 for the first year; contract total for three (3) years = $102,852 (MWBE; woman-owned business)
b) FY 2022 Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping Service for the Following Properties - award contract to Precision Cut Landscaping & Lawn Care, LLC @ cost of $165,594.96 for first year; contract total for three (3) years will be $496,784.88 (MWBE; woman-owned business):

c) FY 2022 Grounds Maintenance Service for Battleboro and Northeastern Cemeteries - award contract to Precision Cut Landscaping & Lawn Care, LLC @ cost of $43,863 for first year; contract total for three (3) years will be $131,589 (MWBE; woman-owned business)
d) Wastewater Treatment Plant Bio-Solids Hauling and Land Application – award contract to Granville Farms, Inc. @ $421,900 for first year; five-year contract = $2,109,500 (15% MWBE participation each year)
e) Water Treatment Plant Residual Hauling and Land Application – award contract to
Granville Farms, Inc. @ $244,000 for first year; five-year contract = $1,220,000 (15% MWBE participation each year)

Recommended Action: 1) Award Bids as Recommended; and
2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to Execute Bid Contracts on Behalf of
the City
