• FireDepartment:
1) One (1) 2022 Ford F-450 Crew Cab - award to Piedmont Truck Center @ a total cost of $53,361.00; and
2) One (1) 2021 Ford Expedition XLT - award to Performance Ford @ a total cost of $44,679.18
• Tar River Transit:
1) Two (2) 2021 25-Foot Light Transit Vehicles (LTV) with Lift Coach and Equipment
Metal Body - award to Interstate Transportation Sales & Service @ a total cost of
$141,846.62; and
2) Three (3) Ford Raised Roof Lift Vans - award to Ilderton Conversion @ a total cost of $194,043
b) Battle Park Greenway Renovations - award to Weaver’s Asphalt Maintenance Co., Inc. @ total cost of $209,150

Recommended Action: 1) Award Bids as Recommended; and
2) Authorize the Purchasing Division to Issue Purchase Orders and Execute Bid
Documents in Accordance with the Council’s Award
