a) Buck Leonard Association for Sports & Human Enrichment - $21,000;
b) Ripple Effects - $19,163;
c) Rocky Mount Edgecombe Community Development Corporation - $30,000; d) The Mercer Foundation, Inc. - $28,425;
e) United Community Ministries (Bassett Center) - $7,000;
f) United Community Ministries (Community Shelter) - $30,000

Recommended Action: 1) Approve Funding Requests and Authorize the City Manager and/or Mayor and City Clerk to Execute Required Documentation on Behalf of
the City;
2) Approve Award Funding from HOME-ARP Source to Fulfill Requests
from Ripple Effects, The Mercer Foundation, Inc. and United Community Ministries, Contingent upon HUD Approval of Consortium’s Amended HOME Budget; and
3) Approve Award to Ripple Effect of Additional $5,000 (rent for Mrs. Harper pending rehab/reconstruction of home; funding source HOME- ARP funding)
