Item 13: Consideration of Build Back Better Regional Challenge (BBBRC) Phase 1 Grant Application for Submission to the Economic Development Administration (EDA) for Expenses Associated with Technical Assistance Services Required in the Development of a Phase 2 Grant ($500,000/no matching required; City would be identified as Lead Applicant)

Recommended Action: 1) Approve Application and Authorize Submission; and
2) Authorize the Mayor, City Manager and City Clerk to Execute the Grant
Application and Any Other Required Documentation and Certifications, including Subsequent Grant Agreement
