Item 22: Consideration of Bid for HVAC Service Contract - award to Allred Mechanical Services @ a cost for year one of $616,800 (bid of $416,800 plus estimated $200,000 additional repairs); and a cost for year two of $576,000 (bid of $416,800 plus estimated repairs at contractual rate)

Recommended Action: 1) Award Bid Contract as Recommended; and
2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to Execute the Bid Contract on
behalf of the City
