Police Department to provide crime CompStat report and heat map of Rocky Mount

Item 4a - "Amendment to Agenda (Added in Open Meeting) Motion was made by Councilmember Daughtridge, seconded by Cuncilmember Miller and carried by roll call vote that the agenda be amended to include:
a) Consideration that the City Manager be required to provide to the Mayor and City Council a monthly financial report to include:
* A revenue and expense report;
*A fund balance report; and
* A spreadsheet indicating fund transfers with a brief explanation of the transfers; and
b) Consideration that the City Manager be required to provide to the Mayor and City Council a monthly financial report to include:
* A Police Department report that includes: the CompStat report and a heat map indicating occurrences of crime city-wide and by Police districts (4 districts)"
